Quotations
Website enquiries and WhatsApp messages do not create a confirmed booking. A booking should only be treated as confirmed when the customer receives the applicable booking confirmation and completes any required payment or acceptance process.
Vehicle allocation
Vehicle category, capacity, luggage space and requested amenities must be confirmed against the booking. Images and capacity guides on the website are illustrative planning information and do not guarantee a specific make or model.
Journey information
Customers should provide accurate dates, times, passenger numbers, flight details, pickup points and itinerary information. Extra waiting, stops, parking, access charges, border procedures or changes may affect the service and price.
Cross-border travel
Saudi Arabia journeys require applicable permissions, travel documents and border formalities. Confirmation must be obtained for the assigned vehicle and operator.
